Consumer Disputes

Sarah Abbott Law assists individuals in resolving consumer disputes, such as issues with goods, services, or vehicle purchases, through efficient, cost-effective means. We offer assistance on a limited-scope basis, meaning we work only on certain aspects of your file. For example, negotiating directly with the other party (or opposing counsel), conducting legal research on your behalf, or drafting settlement proposals.

We also provide advice on the steps to file a claim in court or tribunal, however, we do not currently assist on files where litigation has already commenced. Our goal is to help you reach a fair and timely out-of-court resolution without the unnecessary expense or stress of litigation.
